Brief roles of the guild ranks jobs
Guild Master Job (1)
The leader of the guild that provides motivation, the direction the guild is headed and disciple when needed. Can promote and demote any member at his/her own discretion. The Guild Master schedules all the raids and events for the guild. Runs and lead raids and takes items out of the guild bank for members that need them.
Officer Job (5)
They are required to lead raids, settle disputes fairly and firmly, as well be aware of any member to member altercation/infractions. Also help to recruit more members for the guild to progress. And have access to the guild bank to get out items for other members in the guild.
Class Leader (9)
They are in charge of their class in all aspects of recruiting, rotations, specs and loot. Making sure their class has the correct enchants and gems for the raids. Ensuring their assigned class knows the strategy for boss fights. They work with their class and will help answer any class question that comes up.
Core Raider
Members who wish to obtain this rank must prove they deserve all the benefits befitting a raider, which include prime raid spots, loot priority, and raid consumables. Most bring consumables to raids such as flask, pots, elixirs, reagents and is repaired for raids. Researched the boss fights. And who are more or less the best of their class. Who help other guild members out.
Raider
Be prepared and ready for raids. Raiders will lost their “first chance” spot if they are not on time for raids. And by being prepared that means they have all their reagents, potions, flask, and elixirs and are ready to raid.
Veteran
Help the guild progress by helping others out.
Member
This is just about everyone else, and they have no real responsibility except to get the required gear, provide mats for anything they want made or enchanted.
Applicant
New members are tagged recruit for 2 to 4 weeks to see if we are a fit for them and they are a fit for us. This is the time they are evaluated and are promoted to member or kicked based on CL and officer recommendation.
