Promotions
Applicant to Member - 2 week Trail (If there are no complaints about you, then you'll be promoted.) You may get promote sooner if you're especially active in the guild.
Member to Veteran – Been in the guild for 2 months or help contributing to the guild. Helping other members out with quest, instance, enchants, questions. Donating items to the guild bank to help the guild progress. (And putting junk in the bank isn’t helping just a heads up.)
Veteran to Raider – Put in the effort to raiding and on for 75% of the raids that are schedule.
Raider to Core Raider – Always on time for raids, repaired, has reagents and ready to raid.
Core Raider to Class Officer – Know your class and willing to help others
Class Officer to Officer - Want to help your guild out.
Officer to Guild Master - Lol you wish, you woke up from that dream yet?
Members talk to their class leader about promotion, and then the class leader will talk with the officers.
Looking for:
Being active in the guild, your performance in raids, how helpful you are and attending raids. If you are missing enchants and gems you won’t be promoted till you fix that.
Raiders – Are required to bring their own pots, elixirs, flasks, reagents and be fully repaired. Must research boss fights ahead of time and know the upcoming fight. Also must have a 75% raid attendance.
Raiders will be expected to follow the strict regulations of their elevated status at all times, including, but not limited to:
1. Above 75% raid attendance.
2. Specing for optimized raid ability
3. Always on time for raids
4. Researching boss fights and new content
5. Exceeding the minimum required resistance gear for their class if needed.
Officers will submit bi-weekly performance reviews and updates for all Raiders. Raider spots can be rescinded at any time for lack of responsibility and/or sub-par performance.
Demotions
Inactive - You've been WHERE!?
Anyone that is gone for more then two weeks is put on inactive status, which will be in written in your public note. More then three weeks unannounced, and they will be removed from the guild.
Behavior in guild chat and to other guild members
Each person gets 3 warnings before getting gkicked.
Ninjaing from other people = Have fun looking for a new guild.
